I am originally from the United States but came to the UK for my undergraduate and master's degrees. I continued to do my PhD in honeybee diseases and am now a postdoc researching infectious intestinal diseases in the UK population. I am passionate about computer modelling and primarily use R for my work. Personally, I am an avid birder and nature photographer.
