Cam is a palawa man from the far south of lutruwita (Tasmania). He is a Senior Lecturer in Indigenous Engagement and Clinical Teaching, and Assistant Dean (Indigenous) for the Science Faculty at the University of Melbourne. He has worked clinically in a range of settings, but most recently in remote Aboriginal community settings in Arnhem Land in the north of Australia. This work drew him to begin a PhD in One Health to examine how both animal and human health could be improved in effective and cost-effective ways.
