Dr. Palabrica is the current chief veterinary officer (CVO) of the Philippines. He has more than 40 years of experience as a swine practitioner and will share his experience fighting African Swine Fever (ASF) while working at one of the largest companies in the country between 2019-2023 and as the CVO of the country since 2024.
