Dr. Elliott Dennis, an Associate Professor specializing in Livestock Marketing and Risk Management in the Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, has a background in roles related to entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. His current academic focus includes research on marketing, animal health production practices, and risk management. Dr. Dennis earned a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University, an MS in Applied Economics from Utah State University, and an MBA in Agribusiness from the Royal Agricultural University in the UK. He currently resides in Lincoln, Nebraska, with his wife and four children.
