Currently, Senior Training Programme Manager at the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) HQ in Paris. I spearheads the development of a cutting-edge eLearning platform, emphasizing alignment with global WOAH Standards. Central to my work is a learner-centric philosophy, ensuring that the training platform is meticulously tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of the veterinary community. The WOAH Competency-based Training Framework has been refined to include various Competency Packages (CPs), each designed to equip learners with the essential skills and knowledge required to navigate the complexities of the veterinary domain. My efforts are part of a broader initiative by WOAH to reform its training system, culminating in the creation of the Global Platform for the Training of Veterinary Services. Through this initiative, WOAH is committed to offering its members a diverse and customizable training experience aimed at enhancing the implementation of WOAH standards. This, in turn, contributes to the sustainable improvement of global veterinary governance. Prior to my current role, I gained extensive experience working with other international organizations, including FAO, where I focused on capacity building for the Climate-Smart Agriculture portfolio and learning development.
