Professional Bio

I’m a PhD from Ghent University, focusing on Veterinary Epidemiology. My current research revolves AMR and AMU in pets, a critical area related to public health issues in veterinary. In addition to my primary project, I have a profound interest in Farms Biosecurity, especially the Biosecurity management and policy formulation regarding foodborne animal products across different countries. I also pay close attention to fields that represent the intersection of animal health, public safety, and environmental concerns, such as epidemiologic in specific animals, One Health, and Welfare Epidemiology, which are crucial in the context of global landscape. I believe in a multidisciplinary approach and am always seeking opportunities for collaboration. I am particularly keen on projects that could benefit from my expertise in veterinary epidemiology, while also offering me new perspectives and challenges. If you share similar interests or see potential areas for collaboration, let's connect and discuss potential synergies!
