After graduating from the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in 2006, Sarah worked as an equine vet for 8 years; obtaining the RCVS Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Equine Medicine). Sarah then returned to the RVC and has been awarded with both an MSc and PhD in veterinary epidemiology. Sarah’s research has largely focused on equine health and welfare, with her current project investigating the risk of adverse outcomes in Thoroughbred racehorses in Great Britain.
