Angus Cameron is a veterinary epidemiologist with more than 30 years of experience in over 50 countries, researching and implementing improved approaches for generating, accessing and using data for animal disease management. Much of his research over the last decade, in particular in Indonesia, Chile, Vietnam and Europe, has focused on developing technological approaches and effective data governance systems to enable commercially sensitive data from livestock and aquaculture producers to be securely integrated and analysed, to provide a balance of private- and public-good outcomes. Angus uses transdisciplinary approaches, drawing on a combination of epidemiological, sociological and information technology skills.
