Professional Bio
I am an epidemiologist at the Roslin Institute working on multi-species models of bovine tuberculosis (bTB), having originally completed my PhD in theoretical physics. My previous work focused heavily on COVID-19, using machine learning methods to explain fine-scale variations in vaccination uptake and case rates over Scotland. I also have an interest in models of vector-borne diseases, and wastewater-based epidemiology.
