Professional Bio
Tenzin Tenzin is a veterinary epidemiologist from Bhutan, currently employed at the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) Sub Regional Representation for Southern Africa based in Gaborone, Botswana. Tenzin coordinates a rabies elimination program in Namibia and Southern Africa and transboundary animal diseases. He previously worked at the National Centre for Animal Health in Bhutan. Tenzin completed his PhD on rabies from the Sydney School of Veterinary Science, University of Sydney, Australia in 2012. He has a great passion for rabies and One Health.
